1 1/2 oz Goslings Spirited Seas Rum
1 oz Coconut Cream
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Top with Champagne
Pineapple Slice
Combine the rum, coconut cream and juices in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and slowly top with Champagne. Garnish with pineapple slice and pineapple leaf.
