Vintage bourbon barrels are filled with a superior blend of premium, aged, dark Bermuda rum and then loaded onto a vessel where the rum ages another year at sea, traveling back and forth from Bermuda to the Mid-Atlantic. The stormy waves and sea air have a phenomenal effect on the blend. 2 oz Goslings Spirited Seas Ocean Aged Rum
½ oz Demerara Syrup
Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Orange slice or peel
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a glass with a large ice cube in it. Garnish with an orange slice or peel.
