2½ oz gingerbread-infused Goslings Black Seal Rum
½ oz demerara syrup
3 to 4 dashes molasses bitters
Add infused rum, demerara syrup, and molasses bitters to a mixing glass
Add ice and stir until chilled and properly diluted
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with a gingerbread cookie
