7 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum®
2 lb chicken wings
2 bunches fresh rosemary, chopped
5 oz Worcestershire sauce
10 cloves garlic, chopped
3 oz olive oil
5 tbs kosher salt
5 tbs black pepper
4 tbs onion powder
2 tbs curry powder
Place wings in a mixing bowl and rub with dry seasonings. Add Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary and mix well. Add Goslings Black Seal Rum® and combine thoroughly. Grill over high heat for 8–10 minutes per side. Serve on a platter garnished with rosemary sprigs.
