4 large pitted dates, halved
3 small sweet oranges, sectioned
1 tbs grated orange rind
½ cup Goslings Black Seal Rum®
8 slices bacon, cut in thirds
lemon crowns and parsley for garnish
Combine orange rind, oranges, dates, and Goslings Black Seal Rum®. Macerate 4 hours.
Wrap bacon around a date and orange segment and secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp. Drain and garnish.
