2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
4 fresh Strawberries
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Muddle the strawberries and the lemon in the bottom of a glass. Add the rum, Aperol, pineapple and simple syrup. Shake over ice and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a strawberry
