Pomegranate ginger collins

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Pomegranate Syrup

Top with Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer

Method

Shake the first three ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass, and top with Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer to taste. Garnish with a lemon twist and pomegranate seeds.
