Cinnamon rum banana fritters

Ingredients

4 bananas
cinnamon sugar
Goslings Black Seal Rum®
oil for frying

 

Beer Batter

 

1 tbs melted butter
1 egg
1 egg white, whipped
½ cup beer
½ cup flour
salt

Method

Whisk butter, egg, beer, flour, and salt until smooth. Fold in egg white and rest 15 minutes.

Dip banana pieces in batter and fry until golden. Drain and roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve with cinnamon rum sauce.
