4 tuna steaks, 2 in thick (about 2 lb)
juice of 2 limes
4 tbs Goslings Black Seal Rum®
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
lime wedges
Marinate tuna in lime juice, Goslings Black Seal Rum®, soy sauce, and ginger for 20 minutes.
Grill 3–4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes per side until just opaque. Serve with lime wedges.
