1 box vanilla wafers
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
4 tbsp dark corn syrup
Powdered sugar, for rolling
Pulse vanilla wafers in a food processor until finely crushed
In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, Goslings Black Seal Rum, pecans, and corn syrup. Stir in half of the wafer crumbs
Gradually add more crumbs until the mixture holds together and can be formed into balls
Roll into bite sized balls and coat generously in powdered sugar
Chill until firm before serving.
