Goslings Black Seal Rum Balls

Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers2 tbsp cocoa powder1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum1 cup pecans, finely chopped4 tbsp dark corn syrupPowdered sugar, for rolling

Method

Pulse vanilla wafers in a food processor until finely crushedIn a bowl, combine cocoa powder, Goslings Black Seal Rum, pecans, and corn syrup. Stir in half of the wafer crumbsGradually add more crumbs until the mixture holds together and can be formed into ballsRoll into bite sized balls and coat generously in powdered sugar

Chill until firm before serving.
